 My name is Julia

Hi, I’m the founder of Green Rose Acupuncture, and I’m passionate about helping people feel more balanced, grounded, and well through the power of Five Element Acupuncture. With a background in science and education—and experience in fast-paced corporate environments—I understand just how much modern life can impact our physical and emotional wellbeing.

I retrained at The Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa, where I was awarded a Professional Licentiate in Acupuncture and highly commended for my clinical skills. I’m a fully insured member of the British Acupuncture Council, working with people of all ages across Shropshire to restore balance and support long-term wellbeing.

 Based in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, I live with my husband and several animals who ensure I get outside in all weathers. When I’m not in clinic, you’ll often find me at a dance class or slowly learning my way around the piano.

 I started Green Rose Acupuncture to offer people a calm, welcoming space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves—whether you're managing stress, navigating emotional ups and downs, or working through physical discomfort. 

My approach is warm, intuitive, and grounded in the ancient wisdom of the Five Elements. I also offer cupping, Gua Sha, Tui Na, and auricular acupuncture to support your unique needs. Whether you’re brand new to acupuncture or returning to this gentle, powerful medicine, I’ll meet you where you are.
