A Winter’s Embrace: A Journey of Renewal through Acupuncture and Guided Meditation
Join Julia of Green Rose Acupuncture and Rebecca of Rebecca Garratt Hypnotherapy and Healing Arts for a special collaboration. This winter session at Wenlock Wellness Space is a unique collaboration that combines Five Element Acupuncture, Reiki healing and meditation to nurture body and spirit.
The evening begins with Julia’s soothing group acupuncture session to activate your body’s natural healing and bring clarity and calm. Following this, Rebecca will guide a meditation to ground, release negativity, and connect with winter’s introspective energy, opening you to renewed balance and vitality.

This Five Element Acupuncture session focuses on the Water element, inviting introspection, wisdom, and renewal. Begin with grounding breathwork and a guided visualization, followed by a personalized acupuncture treatment to clear energy blocks and nurture clarity. Conclude with a group reflection over warm herbal tea, and learn seasonal self-care practices to support winter’s restorative rhythm. Spaces are limited to ensure a deeply personal experience. Whether you’re a newcomer to acupuncture or a regular, this monthly clinic is a perfect way to release what you no longer need and welcome a sense of calm and balance for the year ahead.
Held in a serene yoga studio, you’ll have the option to relax lying down or comfortably seated. Join us to experience the benefits of acupuncture in a warm, welcoming environment alongside others.
